In order to make the most of the total seasonal production of the winery, we vary the formulas every year. No one year is like another, which is true for people as well as for the vines. Our winemaker selects only the best grapes, because he knows every row in the vineyards like an old friend.
According to traditional methods, each grape is carefully harvested by hand. Immediately during the harvest, a first selection of the grapes takes place.

Then our winemaker employs an innovative varietal verification process that he developed specifically for SHE wines. A few months later, after maturation, the exact formula for each blend is determined. In this way, the scents, flavors and colors of each wine are highlighted.

This special process makes SHE wines so unique and unforgettable.
