During the 2019 harvest, our winemaker selected Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc as the core from all the vineyards, combining a small touch of Weissburgunder and Rheinriesling.

With the necessary aging, SHE | White evolves into a refined wine with the aromas of tropical fruit, elderberry and peach. A hint of nutmeg and minerality round out the bouquet. The structure is elegant, harmonious and full-bodied.

Our recommendation: drink it at 10-12°C and enjoy it with savory appetizers, fish and seafood.
